The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)
Experience Works has offered the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) in South Carolina for 28 years. Funded through the Older Americans Act, Experience Works has helped thousands of South Carolinians age 55 and older. Learn more...

Employment Security Commission (ESC)
Experience Works coordinates services for older workers through Employment Security Commission (ESC). Workforce Centers by having regular office hours or by actual location of an office for our staff. Information about issues facing older workers is shared. On many occasions, an ESC Center becomes a community service training site for an older worker, allowing them to gain valuable new skills and experience that help them secure full-time employment. One-Stop Workforce Centers have established and maintained working relationships with providers of SCSEP to ensure the availability of adequate outreach services to older individuals. Referrals are made among and between agencies, and resources are coordinated to provide the best possible services tailored to the needs of older job seekers. Learn more...
