The Prime Time Awards is America's foremost salute to older workers Welcome to the Experience Works Prime Time Awards Program! At Experience Works, we believe that by honoring older individuals and employers who have distinguished themselves as recipients of Experience Works’ Prime Time Awards, we will encourage more employers to seek the talents and skills that older workers bring to the workplace. The 2007 Outstanding Older Workers with CEO Cynthia Metzler 2007 marks the tenth year Experience Works is leading this national, yearlong initiative that recognizes remarkable individuals age 65 and older who continue to make valuable contributions in the workplace while promoting their own good health and longevity by working.
