Employers are looking for people like you!

At The Source in Toledo/Lucas County, former Experience Works participant Robert C. Miller, Jr., 60 teaches Introduction to Computers and the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Word and Excel. 

To begin building a strong workforce that will include older workers and to meet the needs of employers now and in the future, Experience  Works, along with Ohio's Workforce Development Agency have become proactive by addressing this issue.  The Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services report, "The Graying of the Ohio Labor Force," projects the state's labor force, 55 and older, will grow much faster than the younger labor force.   Older workers can offer an employer experience, a greater work ethic, dedication, stability, flexibility and loyalty.
