Experience Works provides employment training services in 26 counties in the central part of the state of New York.
Training Services
On-the-job training experience is currently available to low-income older workers whose goal is to gain permanent employment. Participants earn minimum wage while gaining valuable job skills.
Training Sites
The New York offices are enrolling not-for-profit agency's to serve as training sites. Any 501(c) 3 organization that has the need for additional manpower and the ability to provide supervised training.
Employers
Experience Works collaborates with various private and public employers by placing dependable, trained and reliable older workers in permanent employment.
