Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)

Experience Works makes a positive difference in the lives of people. We’re proud that we can help older Americans improve their own lives while they provide much-needed community services that benefit residents of Montanans. Our trainees touch the lives of children, adults and the aging as they learn marketable job skills and find meaning and purpose through service at nonprofit organizations and agencies in Montana.
Services we provide to limited-income Montanans who are 55 and older are critical to their employment and re-employment, enabling them to become or remain productive and self-sufficient.
As a private, nonprofit organization, we rely on support from individuals, businesses and organizations. This support opens doors for many who might not otherwise have opportunities. We welcome your participation as we pursue our commitment to mobilizing one of our nation’s most precious and largely untapped resources: the lifetime of experience possessed by older Montanans.
