Customer Satisfaction Survey
In the coming months, a random sampling of participants and host agencies will be selected to participate in a Customer Satisfaction Survey to capture feedback about the Experience Works Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP). The surveys will be sent through the US Mail to those who are selected. If you receive a survey, please take a few minutes to complete it and return it in the self-addressed stamped envelope provided. Your honest and direct feedback is extremely important and will help us continue to improve training and employment services through the SCSEP.
